The terminologies we will discuss today are not intended to be exhaustive but rather serve as a foundation to future discussions on Private Equity on ALP Talks. Whether you are on the side of the investor or the investee company, these are terms that you will come across when you are having your negotiation discussions and also when you are putting together the substantive documentation.
